The Lexi is the most special Cinema in London, the UK, possibly the world. Run by volunteers with profits going to a charity in South Africa, the cosy, local Cinema is welcoming and warm with a brilliant bar. Don't tell too many people .... And you can hire the sign for special messages!!! We love the Lexi.

The chairs are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. If they was recliner, I would have fallen asleep! I like that the food and drinks are different from your average cinema. My aunt enjoyed her sweets bag and I enjoyed my popcorn. The staff was very friendly and the cinema is apparently cleaned by volunteers. Lovely to see a that it's a community helping an independent cinema.

Simply the nicest cinema in north west London. Spotlessly clean, cosy, lovely staff, good choice of snacks and drinks and an excellent array of films to see. Try it out. You'll never want to watch a new film on a boring old streaming service again. Films should be seen at a cinema. It should feel like an occasion and it does at The Lexi.

A very nice independent cinema, had a lovely night watching the new Sofia Coppola movie. The atmosphere was amazing, there are just 2 screens equally small and cozy which was amazing. There was also a bar where we grabbed a cocktail to sip during the movie which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Beautiful cinema in a converted church. Cinema rooms are cosy, nice twists and turns that seem to open up to bars or somewhere you haven't seen yet. Screens are smaller here so if you are wanting that big immersive cinema experience due to that action film you've been dying to see then it may not feel like you were fully immersed enough, but to me the cuteness of the place and the unique look and feel is what will make me come back to this over a chain cinema. It's a lovely experience with nice staff.

The cutest cinema I have ever been to!The staff is super kind and friendly. I went to baby friendly session but I think it is also great cinema for “me times” or for romantic dates. Highly recommend!

I've been several times to this magical and charming cinema. Beautifully designed and decorated on a very human and intimate scale, and showcasing a great variety of both popular and world cinema. Also serves terrific beer!

It's a really small, intimate cinema where I visited to watch a film premiere. The seats are plush and super comfy and the venue is tastefully decorated. They have a bar upstairs (Josh Bar) which serves a good variety of drinks. There's a bus stop directly outside the venue and Kensal Rise station is less than 5 mins walk away.

The cinema itself is a fantastic place. I love the interior and the charity concept. Moreover the prices are reasonable and there is a bar where you can get snacks. The chairs are comfy and volunteers are friendly and very kind. …
